    What is the minimum order quantity for cardboard boxes?

    Our minimum order quantity would be 500pcs per design

    What can I customise for the cardboard box

    • Base of the tuck box – We carry 3 different models of tuck boxes to fit different functions

    What are the different types of paper tuck boxes?

    • We carry 3 different models of tuck boxes to fit different functions
      1. Tuck Bottom Box 
        These tuck bottom boxes are often standard box models for poker card deck, toothpaste packaging and cosmetic / make up packaging and are suitable to light weight and small products.
      2. Snap Lock Bottom Box
        These snap lock bottom box are suitable for heavier products such as candles, honey etc.  The bottom are interlock to each other to create a strong base to hold your products.
      3. Auto Lock Bottom Box
        These boxes are pre-glued at the bottom so that when you assemble the box, you need not tuck in or fold the bottom of the box. They will easily form to shape when you need them. They are also great for holding heavier products.

    What are the different kinds of paper materials available?

    The types of material available would be Brown or White Corrugated Board for the cardboard box.

    Can I get a template to input my artwork?

    Sure, simply let us know your required size and also the model of the tuck box that you are looking at and we will be able to generate a vector template for you to input your design directly.

    How do I plan and design my box packaging?

    Here at printandpack, we hand hold our clients in creating the box packaging that is most suitable for their product.

    We would first understand the product and advise the most suitable box model and do size planning for our client. We would also understand the pathway on how the box will travel and reach the consumer’s hand to better propose the most suitable material that can tank any knocks should they need to. Finally, we would understand the product branding so as to advise the most suitable enhancements and printing techniques.

    We provide the consultation session for free for all customers that visits our office with their product.

    For clients who decides to engage our services, we would provide additional services as follows:

    • Creating a customized template based on client’s size and box model
    • Visual mock up of the box for client to see how the end product will roughly look like
    • Actual mock up of the box for client to review – usually to test size, fit and durability

    What is the leadtime to produce custom paper boxes?

    Mock up: 2 weeks
    Mass production: 4-5 weeks

    *Our production is based overseas. The leadtime mentioned above is inclusive of delivery to 1 location in singapore.

    What is a mock up and do I need one?

    A mock up is a physical sample printed with your artwork and created based on your specs for you to approve before mass production. Mock up would be 90% similar to the mass production – printing colors may differ slightly between mock up and mass production.

    We would suggest for clients with complicated artworks and features to do a mock up and also for clients who do not have experience ordering packaging boxes before to have a mock up review before mass production.

    Mock up fee would be $150 – $300. Mock up fee will be waived upon client’s confirmation to proceed with mass production based on mock up.

    I have an urgent delivery deadline, can I shorten the leadtime?

    At times, we are able to deliver within 3 weeks from the order confirmation time. However, it depends on case by case basis.

    Do email us with your delivery deadline and we will be able to work out a solution for you.

    Can I get a sample of your past project to review the quality?

    Sure, our paper boxes samples are available at our office for viewing. Do give us a call before you drop by.

    Alternatively, if you require us to send you the samples, kindly do email us at sales@printandpack.sg to request for samples. Kindly do indicate your required qty and order specifications for along with your request, thank you!

    How do I place an order?

    After you’ve provided us with your requirements, we will tabulate a quotation for you and send it to you via email. If you are happy to proceed with us, simply email us to proceed with the order and we will prepare an official quotation and a visual design for you to check and sign off as formal confirmation.

    What are some common discrepancies that can happen during mass production?

    For mass production of customised products, there are some discrepancies that may happen and such are:

    • Size discrepancy of up to +/- 1m – 2mm
    • Printing colour variation up to 20% color variation between mock up and mass production
    • Printing position discrepancy of up to +/- 0.5cm

    These discrepancies are unavoidable and may occur to a portion of the goods, on our end, we will do our best to keep the discrepancies at the lowest during each production run.

    What happens if the mass production have defects?

    In the unfortunate event when there’s defects in the mass production, we will assess the feedback and quantity of defects and propose a solution to rework the issues that has occurred should the defects/issues lies outside the mentioned discrepancies and rest assure that our team will follow through the project till completion.
